Terms and Conditions of the Programme
Cost of Pilgrimage - Rs. 59,500 per person.
The cost includes.
1. Airfare from Nedumbassery to Cairo and back to Nedumbassery.
2. All airport taxes & visa for Israel, Egipt, Sinai and Jordan.
3. Border & Departure taxes & Entrance fees to holy sites as per
itinerary including Galilee Boat ride, Tabore taxi charges and
Nile cruise.
4. A\C bus for transfers in Israel, Egypt and Jordan tours with English
speaking guide and Tour Manager.
5. 3 Star Hotel accommodation on twin sharing basis.
6. Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner.
7. Tips to driver, guide and hotel boys.
Does not include
1. Expenses of personal nature like telephone, drinks etc.
2. Any major changes in airfare rate.
Mode of payment. ...
1. The cost of pilgrimage amounts to Rs. 59,500 - per person.
2. At the time of registration, we require an advance of Rs. 10,000
per person. The amount will not be refunded.
3. The balance will be collected 20 days before the departure of the group.
4. All payments are to be made in cash or DD subject to realization.
5. Cancellation 15 days prior to the date of departure will incur 50% deduction of the total cost; less than 3 days prior to the date of departure will incur 100% deduction.
Documents required
1. Passport with minimum validity of 6 months and 4 photographs.
2. ‘Emigration clearance not required’ must be stamped in the passport. This service can be done from our office at an extra cost.
3. Additional documentary evidence like letters of recommendation from authorities, financial standing letters of employment or
business establishments, IT papers in support. This is required because of stringent visa regulations for visiting Israel.
1. The Bible Society has the right to postpone or cancel the trips and also to change the dates.
2. The passengers are fully responsible for any illness or injury while on the tour.
3. We advise participants to take medical insurance. This service can be done from our office at an extra cost.
