A one day seminar was organized at Navinta, Delhi on 22/04/2015 by Agra Regional Bible Institute in association with representatives from Northern, M.P., Chattisgargh and Bihar regions under the chairmanship of Bp. Ignatius D’Souza, chairman, Agra Regional Bible Institute. The meeting unanimously agreed upon starting the Hindi version of Logos Bible Quiz for the year 2015 in as many dioceses as possible in North India. A three member core committee consisting of Fr. Babu chirayath Agra Region, Fr. Philip Kattakayam, Bihar Region and Fr. Shinil, Northern Region was entrusted with the task of coordinating the Quiz programme. Registration charge is only Rs. 10/ out of which half should be sent to the core committee while the rest is to be used at the diocesan level for conducting the exams. All the faithful will be divided into six age groups. A diocese can have as many centres as required provided there are at least twenty five people. A priest will be the centre in charge. Registrations are open till 31 July and the number is to be given to the core committee by 15th August along with the registration amount. Diocesan level exams are to be conducted on 27th September from 14.00 hrs to 15.30. . The question papers will be mailed to the diocesan directors by 15th September in pdf format. The diocesan secretaries are to make Xerox copies and reach them to the centres before the exams with the strict instruction that packets shall be opened only half an hour before the exams and that they shall be opened only in the presence of three persons: the centre in charge, a religious sister and a lay person. After the exams, all the answer sheets shall be brought to the diocesan centre where they shall be evaluated with the help of the answer key given to them. Only three toppers from every category shall be selected for the national exam. The cut off mark for qualification at the national level exam is a minimum of 80% of marks. The diocesan secretary shall send the answer sheets of the toppers along with the names to the core committee by 15th October by email and the hard copies by 25th October. The annual exams will be held at Delhi on 29th November. . The details of this exams will be given later. The toppers at national level from all six categories will be given a prize of Rs. 10,000/ each besides consolation prizes of Rs. 2500/ and Rs. 1000/ to the second and third runner ups. Fr.
