The Bible society is an arena where the lay faithful also can involve in the mission of proclamation of the word of God. Active persons, societies, institutes, and Catholic parishes who are desirous of participating in the activities of the Bible society for its progress can receive membership by the decision of the executive committee.

By becoming a member in the Bible society one gets a chance to act in the field of the proclamation of the good news.

The members of the society get the Bible at a
concessional rate. A member who has a membership of Rs 500 can get a Bible per year for Rs
70. And other members get in proportion of the amount they have paid.

The members get exegetical books and other books on Biblical topics at a reduced price.

They get the bulletin of the Bible society free of cost. It contains Bible studies, description of the society's activities.

Each member will have the right to vote in the elections of the Bible society.

The members will get a book on the Bible per year as a Christmas gift.
