Possible Reasons & Remedies

1. You might have prevented the installation of the dynamic font player on your computer when you were prompted for it.
   
   Remedy: Install the Malayalam font on your computer. Click here to download the fonts. To install the font, Click Start->Settings->Control Panel. Double Click Fonts and Select 'Install New Fonts' from the 'File' Menu. Browse to the Folder where the font is saved and select the font and click OK.
   
2. Your browser settings may be wrong.
   
   Remedy:  Set the Encoding setting to the user-defined.
   
   For Microsoft Internet Explorer users
   
   Point to 'View' from the browser's Main menu and select 'Encoding'. If there is an item 'User-Defined' in the submenu  select it, otherwise select 'More' and select 'User-defined from the submenu.
   
   Select View->Encoding->User Defined or
   
   Select View->Encoding->More->User Defined
